League 2 player banned for two years after taking drugs

     Fleetwood Town midfielder Gerard Kinsella has been banned from football for two years after testing positive for steroids.

     The League 2 player admitted to the FA after failing a drugs test in February.

     The 21 year-old was given the drug by his cousin who claims he didn't know that it was a performance enhancing substance. He was injected with it twice to ease the pain on his left shoulder.
