The 25 year-old has been linked with many other clubs, Cardiff City amongst the rumours.
The Rams are hoping he signs a new deal with Nigel Clough's side because he has 12 months left on his current contract and is a hot prospect for the future. Brayford joined Derby from Crewe Alexander in 2010.
