The 25 year-old joined the Gunners from Italian outfit Atlanta in 2005 but only made his debut for the Premier League club in 2009.
Mannone has previously had loan spells with Hull City and Barnsley. The keeper signs on a two year deal and may replace Simon Mingolet after the Belgian's £9 million move to Liverpool.
